My kids enjoyed a balance board I borrowed from a friend, “Indo Balance”. Didn’t feel like spending $120 for everything, so I spent $42 for everything. Including Valeo 13″ balance disk, a hard foam 6″ balance roller, and one 7/8 12″x48″ pine board(Lowes) I shaped down to 36″, stained, and added $5 grip tape(skateboard) to make my Kids custom Balance Board. We love it. I weigh 195lbs. and it supports me well. Great exercise while watching t.v..

i bought the 6 x 36 round roll. yes, this is very very firm. probably not recommended for newbies or if you hate painful massages. this helps alleviate the pain the day after working out. i use this for my back and sometimes i can crack a vertebrae or two. this roller helps you get rid of a lot of muscle tensions. quick alternative to deep tissue massage.

If you have back problems as I do then this item is just for you. You can do many back exercises with the two. Even you can use for your abdomenail exercises in comfort.

This works just like the one I use at physical therapy. I lay with my back centered on the bar from the back of my head to my lower back. I stay in this position 5 minutes a day.Full Round Foam Roller White 6″ x 36″ BodySport
