I bought this item for my boyfriend because he started a new job and is not able to get to the gym as much anymore. We absolute love this product and are happy with it.

On days I go to the gym during my lunch I workout at home in the morning. Right now I concentrate on the abs and love the system. It really works for me.

I only wish for the money I paid it also came with the dvd.

I don’t need to go to the gym anymore. I bought this product because I knew I would be too busy to go to the gym in the next three or four months, and I needed something to keep myself toned up.. That’s all. But after trying it, I found out that I’ve been wasting my time and money on an expensive gym subscription.
