I initially ordered this on 2/12 from Amazon and as of, March 15, 2006, I had not received the refills due to some delay. I eventually received them. Despite the delay, I am very pleased with the product and the labelmaker. I wish that the tape separated a little easier from the backing or if there was a way that when the label exits the machine at cutting time, there could be a ‘tear here’ corner cut to make separating the tape from its backing easier.

its a good labeler i use it for everything. i suggest u buy it. great price too.

The tape was good but it was around 10 dollars and some places sold it for 8.
