<description>While I hate buying ink all the time for inkjet printers, I have found my Canon iP4600 an excellent printer to be outstanding. And when the printer produces reliable, quality output, I don't mind buying ink. The ink cartridges for my Canon seem to last longer than those for my prior Epsons and HPs. Maybe it is just in my head since the printer is so great.

<description>So far I love this printer. The pictures I print absolutely look ever bit as good as going to Walmart. I love the fact that I don't have to waste ink. Each color has it's own seperate cartridge. As I watch the ink levels decrease at a much different rate, I can see how much I wasted by having the all in one color cartridge on my old printer. On this printer you only replace one color at a time. This printer is very easy to use. I had no trouble learning how to use it. I like the fact that the paper is hidden underneath and the door opens automatically whenever you print. It also has a paper holder in the back of the printer that you lift up and position to hold photo paper so you don't have to remove the regular paper. I like that. I also like the fact that it has a card reader built in and I can print pictures right from the camera card. Don't need to go through the computer. I am so glad I read the reviews and checked it out in comsumer reports. This printer had the best rating.
&lt;br /&gt;It is tops for the money.
