The item is very good. It was brand new. Easy to install. The coil is just very short.

The refurb Dell laptop I got from Dell a year ago only has 1 working USB port. This little octopus solved my problem! Now I can use my wireless mouse, download my camera and get files off my flash drive all at once! Thanks!!

its very easy to used. also very helpful if you have a lot of usb power stuff and need more usb outlets. the cool thing about the Octopus is that you don’t need software to used it you just plug it in.
