Michael Jackson death Mystery
To many, Michael Jackson was no less than a God who ruled the world of music and dance. Michael crossed all geographical boundaries and became a celebrity all over the world, which is why when his death hit news circles, the world came to a standstill. Michael’s followers and fans all over the world were shocked and perplexed by his sudden death, which till today continues to rock the world. Everything else seemed to be of no importance to the global community which began to watch every move following Michael’s death, from his autopsy reports, to the statements of his doctors, to his father’s press statements and the incessant feud between the relatives who seemed to be fighting to assume ownership of his children.
Michael’s death is more than just death, it now involved the huge legacy he had left behind amounting to billions of dollars. However, while the media continues to cover all the controversies behind Michael’s death, certain facts regarding Michael’s health are known to only a few. According to reliable reports, Michael was suffering from a severe form of mental illness which was the primary cause of his habitual drug abuse. While the primary reason for his psychological problems revolves around his loneliness, it is believed that ethnic minorities, especially those who have suffered emotionally in childhood, are most prone to this illness. This can be ascertained by many of his interviews, in which Michael has admitted to having suffered an inferiority complex due to his looks and colour of skin. This fact can also be confirmed by the innumerable attempts by Michael to change the colour of his skin from black to white. Other psychological symptoms include the accent which ethnic minorities tend to put on to ape their western counterparts, including Americans or British, which have also been commonly found in Michael even when he was a superstar.
Additionally, Michael was also under tremendous pressure as he was aware that the world knew the efforts and attempts he had made to hide his African identity, while he openly and incessantly denied all of it. This state of denial is in itself one of the biggest giveaways of Michael’s psychological condition, one in which individuals live in an isolated world and begin to believe that whatever they do is hidden from human eye. The entire world knows what Michael looked like as a child and how he felt about his appearance. Yet, Michael refused to acknowledge this and firmly believed that his ‘altered’ looks will be accepted as ‘normal’ to the general public. Obviously, the state of self denial lead to drug abuse and complete isolation from the outside world, which is apparent from Michael’s final interview he gave to the press, one in which he contradicts himself, which could have been averted to a certain extent, had he taken assistance from a mental health counsellor.
