I use my microSD card primarily as memory expansion for my Sansa e270, giving me 2 GB more of memory capacity for music. I use the SD card adapter when I want to write to the card from my laptops SD card slot or if I want to use to listen to music from my Treo 650. It's a pretty handy/versatile thing. The only reason I didn't give this item the full 5 stars is because it doesn't have more memory capacity. Currently, it seems like one should not bother with memory expansion unless it is a minimum of 4 GB. Multimedia usage on portable devices continues to break capacity barriers through HDD use, flash memory has yet to become a cheap and commercially viable option, but is supposed to come into it's own in the next few years.
