Designed by a Navy SEAL as a go-anywhere workout, the TRX Suspension Professional Trainer is a complete total-body training tool that helps athletes, military personnel, and fitness pros around the world take their performance to the next level. The TRX Suspension Professional Trainer is built around a set of nylon straps that create resistance from two sources always at your disposal: your body weight and gravity. Simply lock the straps to any elevated fixture–such as a pull-up bar, door, or tree branch–and you’ll unlock new dimensions in your training.

The TRX Suspension Professional Trainer uses your body weight to create resistance.

The trainer offers a host of valuable benefits: it’s easy to set up and highly portable, with a compact, lightweight design that works at home or on the go. If the gym isn’t your thing or you want to work out in the privacy of your home, backyard, or hotel, this practical solution will make sure you can stay fit. It also lets you perform hundreds of functional exercises, so you can build strength, flexibility, core stability, and endurance. Perhaps most importantly, the TRX Suspension Professional Trainer supports all fitness levels and goals. By letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, you can easily adjust the degree of difficulty (from 5 to 100 percent of your body weight) whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete.

The TRX Suspension Trainer Professional starts with a pair of nylon straps, each of which features an integrated foot cradle for ground-based training along with a club-grade grip. The All-Body Xpress, Vol. 1 DVD, meanwhile, offers multiple cardiovascular and spot-training exercises that target all the major muscle groups in just 25 minutes. If that’s too short, you can double up the routine for maximum endurance and strength building. The DVD also includes a bonus warm-up routine, expert tips and techniques, and a complete, waterproof fold-out usage and setup guide. Finally, the bundle comes with a lightweight, durable mesh storage bag with a drawstring closure.

I’m not one to buy into fitness fads and I’ve never “pushed” product to anyone, but this piece of exercise equipment is outstanding! If Fitness Anywhere markets the TRX well and more importantly, educates and informs TRX users - you’ll soon see them everywhere.

I’ve been using the TRX almost exclusively for five-plus months - along with plenty of cardio. For the first twelve weeks, I followed the training program included in the TRX Force Training Kit. If you follow the program consistently… and for all twelve weeks, you’ll be in tremendous shape - likely the best core shape you’ve ever experienced. Bottom line, the TRX fully incorporates muscular strength, muscular endurance, core strength, flexibility, power, balance, and alignment. The TRX does it all.

Have you TRX’d - if not, you need to!

A few months back I sent away for the TRX. I’m now training twice the clients and getting results in my own body I never thought I’d see. How’s serious ab-definition in a 53 yr old trainer sound? My clients love it, particularly the ones who tend not to like other kinds of exercise. I think it’s the skill and balance, and the versatility, that pulls them in. And all I have to do is use it where others can see it and I get questions and then trials - and then clients. This is no joke, no mere “fad”. The TRX is the real deal, and the company is totally professional.

Do I sound like a believer? You will be too, so give it a shot - or don’t. But if you don’t I’ll take your clients myself!

I also posted in the “regular” model TRX (and added a photo there) - but I love this tool so much I had to let everyone know about it. Your own bodyweight and a place to anchor the TRX are all you need to get a great workout, no matter what your current fitness level.

If you are looking for a tool that can “cover a lot of bases” in a small package, that you can even take with you traveling (great for business trips) - the TRX is the only tool you need. You’ll get a great full body strength workout, easily adjustable to your own fitness level. Please note that it’s adjustability however, does NOT mean it’ll be too easy for someone who’s already in great shape; it truly can be used by nearly anyone.

If I had the money, I’d buy one of these for everyone I know!
