Item purchased as a gift for someone else, but will be using it myself. Looks like what it is supposed to be; a mat to exercise on.

The extra cushion in this mat is perfect for my aging body on the basement floor.

i love the mat. it does tend to curl up when your using it, but i can deal with that. It is pretty stinky though, but i guess that is the nature of the material. aside from that it is a plush mat.
